Paul - We have just
returned from our
fabulous Disney
vacation. Your home
is lovely, very
comfortable and
served all of our
needs extremely
well. It was so
relaxing to come
home from the parks
and sit in the spa
and we had a lovely
day yesterday
enjoying the pool. I
would recommend this
home to anyone and
hope that we will
have a chance to
rent from you again
sometime soon.

Hi Paul what a
wnderful villa we
had a fantastic
holiday made even
special by your
lovely villa, it is
furnished to the
highest standards
yet is still very
homely. Ideal
location as very
near to Magic
Kingdom etc, the
villa was spotless
clean and the
attention to detail
was very good. I
would certainly
recommend this

Hi Paul, Just
thought I would let
you know that we
thoroughly enjoyed
our trip to Florida,
in no small part due
to the house. What a
great
place...beautiful
house with all mod
cons and tons of
space, nice and
quiet, yet right on
the doorstep for
everything and at a
terrific price. It
was also very clean
and well furnished.
We were three
seperate families
and never got in
each others'
way once, but also
enjoyed the chance
to be together for
meals, the pool,
etc. The beautiful
weather we had was a
great finishing
touch to what will
be a very happy
memory. We really
enjoyed it and thank
you for the chance
to use it. I trust
everything was left
in a satisfactory
condition. I would
certainly recommend

We stayed in the
home in November
2010. It was very
clean and the
bedrooms were large
with bathrooms on 5
out of the 6
bedrooms. We chose
this area because it
was only 3- 6 miles
from all Disney
World parks and very
accessible to
dining, supermarkets
and shopping. Cost
wise this beats
lodging on the
Disney property for
a large family. All
in all it was a very
good experience.

I would like to say
our stay at the
villa in Emerald
Isle was a pleasure.
It is sometimes
scary to rent a
place from strangers
but Paul the owner
was terrific and the
listing description
was as good if not
better then what we
were expecting. The
Villa was spacious,
beautifully
decorated, clean and
close to all
amentities. Emerald
Isle itself is a
well maintained
gated community that
we all felt very
safe at. I would
recommend this villa
to anyone visiting
the Orlando area. I
don't think you
will be disappointed
but pleasantly
surprised at how
nice this place is.

Paul, Where do I
start? The house was
fantastic, roomy and
clean. My family
loved it! It is very
close to the theme
parks which made a
big difference when
you were tired. The
pool and jacuzzi
were a big plus. The
only bad thing is
that we had to leave
and come home. We
can't wait to
come back again.

This was a very nice
home for our large
party to stay in.
Private pool was
great for all when
we were not visiting
the parks (which are
very close by) The
jacuzzi got very hot
with the heat and
felt great on tired
muscles. There were
plenty of towels
(bath and beach)
provided - very
helpful. Great patio
with plenty of
outdoor seating. The
home's layout
gave privacy to all,
especially with 5
1/2 baths. When
everyone went to
their own space, it
felt as though you
had the place to
yourself. Would very
likely recommend
this property to
friends.

I had a wonderful
vacation.. The
vacation house that
I stayed in was
beautiful. it was
truly a home away
from home. I would
recommend this
house, and I will be
planning my son
senior trip here.
The pool area was
where I did most of
my reading and just
enjoying the family,
the game room is
where my father
challenged other
family member to a
game of pool. If you
just wanted to take
a walk around the
resort, which was
beautiful also.
Having the house in
the resort was very
helpful, and the
location was great
just minutes away
from the theme parks
and shopping areas.
See ya soon, I had a
wonderful time and
vacation. It just
ended too soon!

Thanks very much, we
had a great vacation
at your villa. This
is the 11th villa we
have rented in
Florida over the
years and each time
our standards rise.
There were nine of
us in the villa but
my immediate family
of four are the most
frequent Florida
visitors. We were
all in agreement
that your villa is
the best we have
visited. The pool
area was really nice
and, the extended
decking and numerous
sun loungers were
more than adequate
to find a sunny
spot. It was also
very private at the
rear due to the
space between villas
and the fantastic
outlook.
The location of the
villa was very good
too. We have stayed
on Lindfields and
Indian Point before
but have also stayed
on the Calabay Parc,
Ridgewood Lakes on
Highway 27 and
Sunridge Woods near
Champions gate on a
few occasions. We
really noticed the
difference this time
when travelling back
and forth to parks,
restaurants etc.
Emerald Island
Resort is also very
nice and the
clubhouse was
fantastic. We were
really enthusiastic
on the first day
when we were
informed of all the
facilities but
unfortunately we
never got round to
doing any of the
things we planned,
although we were all
very impressed.
Its hard to find
anything to
criticise as all of
the essentials were
there. Last year we
stayed at Calabay
Parc in a villa with
the 'wow
factor'. We had
taken my teenagers
plus their friends
and thought the 56
inch projector tv in
the cinema room with
pop corn maker, air
conditioned games
room, numerous
playstations and
42" plasma tv
in the lounge would
be ideal for them.
It was, but there
were only three
chairs on the patio,
two sun loungers
with no cushions and
a pool you
couldn't really
swim in. On
hindsight, we would
have traded all the
goodies for a decent
pool with a decent
table, chairs and
sun loungers.

Hi Paul
Just a quick note to
say we had a
wonderful time in
your house, it was
perfect.
This was our 25th
visit to Disney and
your house was the
best yet, the
setting was so
peaceful and one
night we watched the
deer at the far side
of the lake for
ages, it was
amazing.
The pool and lanai
area was superb it
was a shame to have
to go to the
parks!!
The pool was too
warm as the
management company
hadn’t turned the
heating off it was
like getting into a
bath, when they came
in the second week
they turned it off
for us but that’s
just one of those
things it didn’t
spoil it in any
way.

We stayed with
another couple (7
total) for a week
spent at Disney and
Universal. The place
was wonderful and
very well kept. The
owner is very
responsive and easy
to work with. After
four crazy days at
the parks, we spent
our last day just
chilling around the
pool and relaxing.
The included
wireless was a
bonus! If you are
going to go to
Disney World in
particular, I highly
recommend staying
here. It is very
close and far better
accomodations than
what most hotels
offer.

We were looking for
a suitable venue for
our company's
Business Planning
Meeting (and for a
mini break as
well!).Paul's
villa proved to be
ideal on both
counts; the 4
ensuite master
bedrooms were
perfect for our
team, and the
villa's
internet facilities
were invaluable.
This is definitely
executive class
accommodation
situated in a great
location;also, the
pool and tub were a
first class way to
relax at the end of
a busy day. This
villa ticks all the
boxes - whether
you're on
holiday or business.

Very well kept and
maintained house.
Had no problems
while there and
though we were only
there to get some
sleep before heading
off to the Disney
craziness and heat,
we were very

Wished we had spent
more time at the
villa.....would have
been a whole lot

Our first impression
was before we even
arrived in Florida.
The home's
owners were so easy
to work with and
quite accommodating.
After we arrived we
found this house to
be immaculate,
well-appointed,
spacious, and at the
same time cozy. We
had a large group of
extended family
staying here and we
all had plenty of
room to escape but
also large common
areas to congregate.
It was perfect for
our needs. After we
fed the kids in the
morning they all
took a dip in the
pool while we had
breakfast and got
ready to go to
Disney. In the
evening, the adults
enjoyed the pool and
hot tub after the
kids went to bed.
The close proximity
to Disney allowed us
to enjoy both the
parks and the house.
I have already
recommended this
home to several
friends and we will
definitely return

What a fantastic
resort to vacation
at! I travelled with
a hockey team taking
part in a hockey
tournament and we
rented 4 villas for
our stay in Orlando.
The proximity to all
the stores (grocery,
drugstore,
restaurant) was very
handy, the 5 minute
drive to the Disney
parks much
appreciated and the
house's
amenities made this
trip not only a fun
and relaxing one but
very comfortable to
boot.

Just spent 8 nights

home.The first thing
you notice is that
everything is
spotless. We spent a
lot of time around
the pool and hot tub
watching hawks and
water birds and
still had a lot of
park time since

villa, whole family
went, 6 Adults and 5
children. Had a
wonderful time,
really close to
Disney. Hardly used
the pool as we were
too busy. Cheaper to
eat out than cook,
lot's of local
restaurants. Wish we

stayed in various
hotels including
quality Disney
Hotels, Marriott etc
and must say that
after being
accomodated in a
luxury Villa at the
Emerald Island
Resort we would
choose to book
through
Orlando4villas &
not hotels in
future.
