Yes we provide a high chair, cot, and crib all free of charge
Do I need to clean the homeDed
No - prior to your arrival the home will be professionally cleaned and inspected. We do provide a mop, vacuum, broom, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and dust pan for your convenience. We do ask that upon your departure you start a wash load of towels to help assist our cleaning staff.
How do we access the house
One week prior to your arrival you will be given instructions

No, pets are strictly NOT permitted
Is there a Medical Center near by.
You will find a 24hr Walgreens Pharmacy and a Medical Center located at the Formosa Gardens which is a 2 minute drive.
How far is the Villa from Walt Disney World.
Disney World is located just 5 minutes away from the Emerald Island Resort
What size beds are in the home.
You will find there is 2 King master bedrooms, 2 Queen master bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms.
Is there anything that is not provided?
There are a few things you may want to be sure to pack. The small "consumable" items like toilet paper (other than an initial supply in each bathroom), dishwashing soap, hand soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, trash bags, paper towels, spices, coffee, sugar, cream etc, are not provided. Often, however, the previous guests may have left some unused supplies - and our cleaners have instructions not to remove these - so it would be wise to leave the purchase of these items till you have arrived and seen what you do not have.

The management company Orlando4Villas are here to make sure that you have an enjoyable stay. If there are any problems, they can be contacted during office hours on 407-770-57911. Outside of office hours please leave a message on 407-341-1947 and someone will get back to you. If it is an emergency, please call the emergency number that can be found on the answer machine.
